Oscietra
This type of caviar is made from Acipenser gueldenstaedtii sturgeon roe of Russian origin. Between 3.0 and 3.2 mm in diameter, their color ranges from light brown to golden. Their texture is firm with a unique sheen, and her intense creamy taste with a hint of nuts will remain beautiful in the entire palate.

Storage
To keep our caviar fresh, we recommend a storage between -2°C and 2°C. Thereby, its durability can, e.g. for a 1,8 Kg Master Size and unopened presentation, reach up to six months. After opening, the durability of the product at adequate cooling can be three to four days. A freeze can have a negative impact on the quality of your caviar.

Delivery comes with 48h cooling warranty. Please ensure receipt of the goods in order to get the best freshness - or contact us for an individual arrangement according to your needs.
