Our caviar is 100% natural and fresh and manufactured subject to our clients’ needs and requests. This variety of caviar is made from acipenser gueldenstaedtii sturgeon roe, of Russian origin — the same fish used for making world-famous Russian oscietra caviar. With a diameter between, 2.9 – 3.2 mm, our caviar is always fresh with firm roe bursting with a clean nutty flavor and a creamy finish that only can be found in a great caviar. Preservation:
In order to maintain freshness, we recommend storing our caviar between -2ºC and 2ºC (28-36 ºF). If stored properly shelf life will be of up to three months unopened. Once opened, shelf life is about 3-4 days. Freezing cn cause negative affects the quality of your caviar.
